The decision to file for bankruptcy is often not an easy one. There are a number of financial, and even emotional, considerations involved. We consult with clients to fully understand their present situation and determine if filing for bankruptcy protection is an appropriate course of action. When it is appropriate, we represent clients in both Chapter 7 (liquidation) and Chapter 13 (reorganization) filings.
The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 requires that that we include the following disclosure that we are proud to make: we are a debt relief agency; we help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
